How do you handle the tension?

Today I wake up at 5 a.m. get fresh and start daily work.
Solve some problem Geotechnical engineering after that attained Reinforcement cement concrete for 2 hours. Then cooking lunch, bathing, and going to college when reaching the college one classmate tell me that today is no class because all students are on protest against management.
I am preparing for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam, in civil engineering, there are approx 15 subjects to study.
But I have still left 5 subjects and an exam is coming that is on February 5th.
Sometimes I got depressed due to overthinking about the exam, Then this is most important how can I handle that tension and negativity.

The pond near me helps me to relax in my negative time.

My way to handle it. I think the first option is the teacher, the second is to go for the reading a novel, do a work that gives you relaxation. I saw Parkinson's law in my life yeah I do any work at its last date.
The next part is coming on sunday.
